Monday Madness: The Adult Temper Tantrum

Posted by in Monday Madness

axeIt was an adult temper-tantrum that gave terrible two-year-old’s a run for their money.

On Sunday an irritated traveler at Museumplein in Ede struggled to get his OV Chipkaart (electronic public transport card) to work when “checking out”. And instead of doing what most people do, sighing and finding someone to help, the 47-year old took matters into his own hands by attacking the checkout poll with an axe.

The Edenaar was arrested after police were called to the scene. The passenger announced that he was annoyed because the device did not work. Fair enough but is carrying an axe normal now-a-days?
