Police fined a 24-year old Belgian who had his pants around his knees and was waving his derrière to passers-by. The motive for the act was unexplained but the scent of alcohol in the air gave agents a pretty good idea of what the cause just might have been.
And what is the fine for bouncing your bum in public on the motorway? 100 Euros per buttock.
